Cheesy Spinach Dip

AE Dairy Garden Vegetable Cottage Cheese gives this spinach dip a smooth, cheesy base, with the added depth of flavor! An easy dip to serve at parties, this dip disappears quickly when served with fun dippers – matchstick carrots and cucumbers, soft pretzel bites and crackers.

3 cups AE Mr. E's Garden Vegetable Cottage Cheese
8 oz frozen spinach, thawed & drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon minced onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt

In a food processor combine all of the ingredients, blending until smooth.

Cover or wrap the dip and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. It can easily be made the day ahead.
